Disclaimer! – I don’t need to lose weight! I am 6ft 5 and did weigh 105 kilograms, which is fine for a tall guy. If someone had of asked me ‘would you take green coffee for weight loss?’ I would have laughed at them. However since I started taking Green Coffee Plus (and don’t forget I hate coffee but these supplements are fine with my body) I have lost 1.5 kilos (around 3 pounds) in less than a week. But don’t also forget I follow my 7 tips for health and weight loss also.

So for me this is an amazingly good product that does all it says it will do. No side effects, very reasonably priced and all natural with 50% chlorogenic acid. All I can report to you is how it works for me and it really works fine. I have to recommend it (even though I hate coffee!)

So if you are someone who follows pretty closely my 7 tips for health and weight loss Green Coffee Plus is for you. It will really help you lose a few pounds. If you expect to lose weight by just taking the supplements and not exercising or eating healthy then please don’t waste your time or money.
